18/233 - 18/233 Multi Supplier Framework for the provision of Fleet Purchase and fitout Services to Ervia
The Scope of Services is the provision of Fleet Purchase and Fitout Services to Ervia. The Framework will include purchase and fitout lots for LCV’s and HCV’s vehicles. Ervia currently has a Fleet comprising of approximately 500 vehicles, which is expected to grow to approximately 1,550 vehicles, comprising of 1,250 LCV’s, 100 4x4 SUV’s and 200 HCV’s over the duration of the contract. Suppliers who are successful at PQQ and ITT stage will be appointed to the framework whereby annual mini tenders will be issued. The supplier(s) will be given the opportunity to tender for the sole supply of the vehicle (less fitout) or the supply and fitout of the vehicle or Fit out only.

Please note that all tenders are electronic, as such NO paper copies will be accepted or read. Please submit via the etenders system not later than 12:00 hrs local time Friday 26th April 2019.
