Coillte - Establishment Services 2019 - 2024

Coillte wishes to establish a DPS to cover the provision of Establishment Services 2019-2024. The DPS will cover Activity, Phased and Cultivation contracts for Establishment services across 6 Coillte Business Area Units. Categories will be formed (subject to eligibility) for Activity and Phased contracts covering set down and maintenance activities for a period of between 4 and 7 years dependent on the contract type. 2019-2024 Establishment contracts will be procured through the Dynamic Purchasing System. This is the first stage of this Restricted Procedure whereby any interested party may submit a response to this Questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list. Following evaluation of the Qualification Questionnaires submitted, suitable Applicants will be admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) and subsequently invited to tender. All communications arising out of or in connection with the DPS will be by electronic means. No hard copy documents will be issued or accepted by Coillte CGA and all communications will electronic.
