71089 - Swinford FEC - Refurbishment Works at Swinford Further Education and Training Centre, County Mayo
Note to all Tendering Contractors
This is a fast-track project with a short tender period and short construction programme.
This project has been sub-devided into three distinct parts, as follows (in no particular order):
a) Roof replacement / refurbishment works.
b) New entrance porch and external accessibility ramps.
c) Internal works.
The contracting authority (Mayo, Sligo & Leitrim Education and Training Board), at its sole discretion, may award all or some of the above parts to the successful tendering contractor. This will depend on funding availability. The tendering contractors must ensure that each part is accurately priced to reflect the scope of work relevant to each part.
