71089 - Swinford FEC - Refurbishment Works at Swinford Further Education and Training Centre, County Mayo

Replacement of all flat roofs including all associated roof lights and rainwater goods, the construction of a new main entrance porch/lobby, the formation of new accessible ramps into the building, some new external windows, an accessible WC and other incidental internal upgrade works together with all drainage, services, fittings and finishes.
