Ervia has a requirement for the provision of Project and Programme Management, Change Management, Business Process and Human Resource professional services to support transformation plan. The initial Transformation Plan includes five key work themes, across 31 local authorities, regulators and other key stakeholders, with a set number of initiatives under each theme. The themes of work are; 1. The Way we Work 2. Assets 3. Customer 4. Supply Chain 5. Data and Intelligence The types of services required are but not limited to; • Organisational change projects • Operational capability design and implementation • Process/organisational design and implementation projects • Change management services to support small, medium and large scale transformational projects • PMO and portfolio/project management of small, medium and large scale transformational projects • Development of strategic project/programme plans Further information on our services required is detailed in each Lot. This Framework Agreement is divided into two separate sub-lot types, for example, Type A and Type B. Type A encompasses all requirements of the Lot and suppliers who bid for a Lot as a Type A supplier must be in a position to provide the full range of services listed under that Lot. It is envisaged that there will be a maximum of 10 type A suppliers invited to tender per lot. Type B separates each of the requirements contained in a Lot into individual requirements and allows suppliers to be invited for any of the different requirements or sub-lots separately. It is envisaged that there will be a maximum of 10 type B suppliers invited to tender per sub-lot. A supplier who is successful in meeting the requirements of Type A will not be evaluated for Type B; therefore Type A will automatically qualify the supplier to deliver Type B services in a particular lot.
