17/036 - A Multi Supplier Framework for the Provision of IT Infrastructure and Related Services
The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a multi supplier framework agreement that will provision for all IT infrastructure and related services across Ervia, its subsidiaries and business units including : Gas Networks Ireland, Irish Water and its three Central Business Units, Group Centre, Shared Services, and Major Projects. It is the intention to appoint service providers to support the delivery of these requirements in the eight areas referenced below, each of which will constitute a separate lot Lot 1 – Enterprise Class Servers Lot 2 – Security Infrastructure Lot 3 – Desktop Devices Lot 4 – Mobile Devices Lot 5 – Network Infrastructure Lot 6 – Storage Infrastructure Lot 7 – Cloud Services Lot 8 – Converged Infrastructure The framework agreement will be established for a term of five (5) years with the option to extend for a further period of up to two (2) year at the sole discretion of Ervia. Maximum of TEN (10) applicants per lot will be invited to tender for ITT stage, where the minimum requirements are demonstrated. The purpose of this application is to identify suppliers that successfully meet the criteria set out in the tender document and in doing so, establishing their suitability for the framework. Suppliers tendering for multiple lots will be assessed on a lot-by-lot basis whereby the selection criteria and scoring set out in SECTION 5 of the PQQ will be consistent across each independent lot.
