Invitation to Tender

           

 

We invite you to submit a tender for the above contract complying with the Instructions to

Tenderers. 

The tender package enclosed includes:

01.       Instruction to Tenderers (Form DoES ITT-W2)

02.       Volume A - Works Requirement Document including:

·                Volume A.1 - Project Particulars

·                Volume A.2.1 - Architectural Specification and Schedules

·       Volume A.2.2 - Civil/Structural Specification

·                Volume A.2.3 - Building Services Specification

·                Volume A.3.1 – Architect’s Drawings and Details

·                Volume A.3.2 - Civil/Structural Engineer’s Drawings and Details

·                Volume A.3.3 - Building Services Engineer’s Drawings and Details

03.       Volume B - Form of Tender and Schedule (Form PWCF5 – FTS 5)

04.       Volume C - Pricing Document – Bill of Quantities

05.       Information Pack including:

·                          Preliminary H&S Plan including:

-     Form RIAI D1 SHW 2007 with RIAI SHW

-     Drawings L(SHW)01 - Site Plans with Hazards

-     Designers Risk Assessments

·                          Site Investigation Report

·                          Copy of Statutory Permissions:

-     Grant of Planning Permission and Application Drawings

-     Fire Safety Certificate and Application Drawings/Report

-     Disability Access Certificate and Application Drawings/Report

 

Candidates should submit their tender in a sealed outer envelope containing separate envelopes, each containing separate bound documents of:

a)  Envelope No. 1

  • Completed Volume B - Form of Tender and Schedule (Form FTS 5)
  • Completed and signed DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open Procedure

b)  Envelope No. 2

·         The completed Pricing Document (Volume C) – priced in ink.

c)  Envelope No. 3

 ·            Annex I to Appendix 2 – letter of undertaking from Bondsman using template in the Instructions to Tenderers document.

·          Annex II to Appendix 2 – letter of undertaking from parent company if applicable using template in the Instructions to Tenderers document. (if required).

·            An Outline Programme of Works.

 

Each envelope or box should be clearly marked with the name of the Candidate, the name of the Contract, and the content, for example ‘’Tender of ABC Limited for Extension to St. Tiernan’s College, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo, Volume C - Pricing Document’’.

Tenders must be returned to Mr Shaun Purcell, Chief Executive, Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim, Education and Training Board, Sligo Office, Quay Street, Sligo, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Extension to St. Tiernan’s College, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo”

before 12 noon of the date indicated on eTenders Notice.
