Construction of Extension to St. Tiernan’s College, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo

The works comprise the construction of a new single storey extension to St. Tiernan’s College, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo. The new block will include 5 no. classrooms, sanitary facilities, stores and circulation of approximately 443 m2 gross floor area in total. The development will also include the re-alignment of front wall, the extension and re-design of existing access driveway, set down areas, car park and play courts and all M&E installations, associated site works and connections to existing services.
