Your Tender should be returned in a sealed envelope to Heavey Kenny Associates, Blake House, Kirwan’s Lane, Galway, not later than 4pm on Thursday the 30th June 2016, and marked “Tender for the Natural Gas Boiler House Installation, Scoil Raifteiri, Fairgreen, Castlebar, Co.. Mayo”:

 

The tenderers should note that they are requested to sign the attached Department of Education and Skills, “Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works form” and return same with their completed tender. Any Tenderer who does not meet the minimum standard stated in the attached “Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works” will be excluded from the Tender process.

  

The signed DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works must be included with the tenderer’s submission. Any tenderer who has not submitted the signed suitability declaration and the signed Form of Tender with the price clearly stated will be excluded.

 

Please note that email or fax copies of the tenders will not be accepted.

 

It will be a condition for the award of the contract that the tenderers produce within 7 Days, evidence of compliance with all sections of the Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works and a project specific letter of Membership of the CIF Pension \ Sick Scheme (paid up to date).
