• De-commissioning and removal of existing oil storage tank and the existing oil fired boilerhouse installation. • Provide new floor mounted condensing natural gas fired boiler plant including new stainless steel flue, low loss flow and return headers, air and dirt separators, circulating pumps, isolation and control valves, pipework and pipework insulation • Natural gas supply to the boilerhouse including gas safety detection / isolation system • All associated electrical works to be provided • All associated builders attendances to be provided
