Re : Restricted Procedure: Site Boundary and Reinstatement Works at 80 Coolamber Drive, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

 


 

Dear Sirs;

 


 

You are hereby invited to submit a completed Tender for the Site Boundary and Reinstatement Works at 80 Coolamber Drive, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

 


 

The works include the demolition Removal of c.40m length of existing hedgerow along site boundary, removal of trees, removal of existing footpaths, removal of driveway, removal of coal bunker and block wall. Construction of c. 40m of new blockwork retaining boundary wall, new coal bunker, reinstatement of footpaths, reinstatement of driveway and associated drainage. Making good to all levels and reseeding grassed areas.

 


 

All submissions shall be made in writing and submitted by hand or by registered post (not by email), and returned to the Department of Education & Skills, Portlaoise Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, and clearly marked “Site Boundary and Reinstatement Works at 80 Coolamber Drive, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin - Tender” not later than 12:00 noon on Friday 15th July 2016 (as per contract notice) for the attention of the undersigned.  Submissions sent to any other address will be deemed invalid.

 


 

All applicants are asked to read;

  2. DTP-2012 Procurement of Contractors, 1st Edition, March 2012; Revision June 2013 (ref. (http://www.education.ie/)).

  3. Preliminary Health and Safety Plan.

 


 

Applicants should submit their tender in a sealed envelope. This envelope must contain;

 


 

  1. A Signed Copy of the Short Public Works Contract PW-CF6.

  2. The signature on the “Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works (Open Procedure only)” document must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm.

  3. Completed Form of Tender and Schedule.

  4. Completed “Schedule of Works 20-08-15 Rev A” pricing document.

  5. A stamped self-addressed A4 envelope (for feedback).
