The proposed works include the demolition of an existing boundary hedge/trees and wall, removal of existing domestic blockwork storage unit, footpaths and driveway, construction of a common boundary blockwork retaining wall approx. 40m long, blockwork storage unit, reinstatement of footpaths and driveway and associated site works.

Removal of c.40m length of existing hedgerow along site boundary, removal of trees, removal of existing footpaths, removal of driveway, removal of coal bunker and block wall. Construction of c. 40m of new blockwork retaining boundary wall, new coal bunker, reinstatement of footpaths, reinstatement of driveway and associated drainage. Making good to all levels and reseeding grassed areas.
