This tender process is now complete.
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified Applicants interested in being considered for for the provision of IT Managed Services. The Company intends to establish a single supplier framework for each Lot. Once the Framework Agreement for each of the Lots is in place, and as and when requirements arise, contracts will be awarded to the framework member either on the basis of the original tender submitted or after discussing the specific scope of work/requirements and agreeing the contract price in accordance with the original tender submission. The Framework Agreement period will be for an initial duration of three years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional five years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier. This tender was initially advertised in the OJEU (2022/S 244-705134) on 19th December 2022 and on eTenders.gov.ie (229645) but was cancelled on 26th of January 2023 due to errors in the tender documents. It was readvertised and a contract notice was published in the OJEU (2023/S 022-063570) on 31st January 2023 and on eTenders.gov.ie (231707) requesting expressions of interest from interested Applicants wishing to be considered for this contract.
