It is now proposed to again procure the services of an external road/rail vehicle rail milling contractor with suitable equipment and skilled operators to undertake this work.
The contractor will also include for all necessary on-shift supervisors, operatives, support staff and support vechicles to carry out the service.
All consumables required for the delivery of the service shall be provided by the contractor.
