Therefore, the contract value for the procurement stated in this notice (notwithstanding Section II.1.7 and Section V.2.4 above) is the NTMA's best estimate of the value of the framework and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of services that may be required by the NTMA under the framework due to the variable demand for these services.
