Request for Tenders for the Housing Construction Project at St. Brigid’s Terrace at Towns park, Cavan Town for Cavan County Council.
The works involve the demolition 8no. dwellings (2no. detached dwellings and 1-6 St. Brigid’s Terrance) and to erect 20no. fully services dwelling in 2no. 3-storey split level blocks (block ‘A’ containing 6no. one-bed apartments over 6no. two-bed duplex apartments facing onto St. Brigid’s Terrace and Block ‘B’ containing 4no. two-bed duplex apartments over 4no. one-bed apartments facing onto James Connolly Road/ Dublin Road. boundary treatments, landscaping and ancillary site works, relocation of existing pedestrian access from St. Brigid’s Terrance to James Connelly Street, parking, connection to public foul & storm water sewers, public watermains and all ancillary site works.
