Short description
Contract B construction consists of the following:
Basement
- the construction of a single level basement of circa 8,000m2 which will accommodate 150nr. car parking spaces, plant rooms, stairs & lift cores etc.
- design and installation of secant pile wall
- The basement will be common to a number of buildings with common services.
- The basement will incorporate foundations for substructure for other buildings within the development.
Parcel 1 – One Opera Square
- One Opera Square will be a 6 story over basement modern nZEB office at corner of Michael Street and Ellen Street.
- The building has a gross area of c14,600m2 with Grade A office space of circa 12,000m2, - (excluding basement and non-office at ground level), designed to allow flexibility of use
- The office building shell and core is targeting a sustainability accreditation such as LEED Gold & WELL certification.

Description of the procurement
Limerick Twenty Thirty are seeking to carry out construction works at Contract B of the Opera Site.
The Opera Site is a 3.7 acre site located in Limerick City between Rutland Street, Patrick Street, Ellen Street, Michael Street and Bank Place.
