Supply of Demonstration Dwellings built using MMC- Timber Frame 3 Bed Terrace/Semi-detached Affordable House Type

Housing for All (Action 23.9) calls for a culture of good quality sustainable innovation in residential construction through the development of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including the establishment of a Demonstration Park for MMC, and is led by Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) and Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH).
As Contracting Authority, Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable design-build contractors to deliver the first phase of MMC dwellings in the National Demonstration Park for MMC at the National Construction Training Campus, Mount Lucas, Co. Offaly.
That first phase, and the sole focus of this Expressions of Interest, includes the provision of a Timber Frame 3 Bed Terrace/Semi Detached Affordable House Type with all internal and external finishes and services installed.
