Data management in relation to learners for example registration, attendance, assessment/achievement records must be kept in an efficient and accurate manner and at all times be in-compliance with guidelines and policies of the ETB. It is broken into 3 Lots 1) ESOL Classes – Tutor & Premises Required 2) ESOL Classes - On Line Courses 3) ESOL Classes Only - Tutor only provided by the Contractor
