This will include management of the IRCG’s ISO 45001:2018 Safety Management System (SMS). The quality role will be to advise and support the operation of the IRCG’s Quality Management System (for example change control, document control, auditing standards and schedules).

Through proactive and positive communications and leadership, the appointed organisation, acting where necessary as the IRCG Health & Safety Officer and/or Quality Assurance Officer, will create and implement health and safety policies in accordance with the latest legislation, national and international standards and to ensure that these policies are implemented by management, staff and Coast Guard volunteers.
