Description of the procurement
Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Architectural Services - Conservation (Grade 1). - Act as Employers Representative, (ER), Project Architect, Assigned and Design Certifier and Design Team Leader. The Consultant Grade 1 Architect will act as PSDP for the works, where required to do so, for works with a value of €0 to €1,000,000.
- Prepare the sketch scheme, planning package, fire cert, DAC and the tender package and in addition they will be responsible for issuing all technical specifications, drawings, schedule of works, ironmongery schedules and door and window schedules.
