Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Architectural Services - Conservation (Grade 1). The framework agreement will be established for a maximum period of four (4) years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework agreement. A maximum of six (6) Participants will be appointed to the framework. The initial contract under the framework agreement is to provide a carry out a detailed condition survey of Campanile located the grounds of Trinity College Dublin.

Description of the procurement

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Architectural Services - Conservation (Grade 1). The framework agreement will be established for a maximum period of four (4) years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework agreement.
A maximum of six (6) Participants will be appointed to the framework. Those Participants will be the top six (6) ranked following evaluation of the tender responses in line with the selection and award criteria set out in the tender documentation.
The services required under the framework agreement will include;
- Provide full survey of existing Properties & deliver reports on University Conservation Buildings including General Reports, Fire Safety, Building Fabric, Energy, Universal Access, Health & Safety & Feasibility.
- Act as Employers Representative, (ER), Project Architect, Assigned and Design Certifier and Design Team Leader. The Consultant Grade 1 Architect will act as PSDP for the works, where required to do so, for works with a value of €0 to €1,000,000.
- Prepare the sketch scheme, planning package, fire cert, DAC and the tender package and in addition they will be responsible for issuing all technical specifications, drawings, schedule of works, ironmongery schedules and door and window schedules.
The initial contract under the framework agreement is to provide a carry out a detailed condition survey of Campanile located the grounds of Trinity College Dublin. Further details are included in the tender documentation pack.
