Description of the procurement

Quality criterion  -  Name:  BP to be submitted, detailing experience in providing of ER training and exercise conduct, Incident Command System or similar and IMO / OPRC / Nautical Institute accredited oil spill response training  /  Weighting:  50
Quality criterion  -  Name:  Ability to liaise, arrange & manage training venue selection and necessary logistics, liaison with relevant stakeholders, maintenance of training records and routine contract management arrangements.  /  Weighting:  150
