Interested parties are advised that although the Scheme is being advertised on eTenders and in the Official Journal of the European Union by way of a Prior Information Notice, this is in fact a simple authorisation scheme established pursuant to Recital 4 of the Directive and accordingly is outside of the scope of the Directive.
The HSE will publish a Prior Information Notice on eTenders and in the Official Journal of the European Union every 6 months during the term of the above referenced lots, inviting parties to apply to join the scheme.
While this Scheme is outside the scope of the Directive, it is being advertised on eTenders and in the Official Journal of the European Union by way of Prior Information Notice to boost participation in the Scheme.
Interested parties are invited to review the Prior Information Notice and Scheme Application (as attached to include the accompanying appendices) for further information regarding the requirements of the Scheme.
Scheme Applicants that successfully meet the minimum requirements (as specified in Section 2 of the Scheme Application) will progress to the next stage of the Scheme (“Shortlisted Scheme Applicants”). Failure to meet any of the minimum requirements (as specified in Section 2 of the Scheme Application) will result in the Scheme Application being rejected. At the next stage of the Scheme, Shortlisted Scheme Applicants will be issued with the applicable price and Service Level Agreement.
