GNI (UK) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gas Networks Ireland, registered in England and Wales. The principal activity of the company is the transportation of natural gas (1) together with GNI, through two pipelines from Moffat in Scotland to Ballough in Ireland: and (2) from Belfast to Derry (through the North-West Pipeline) in Northern Ireland, and from Gormanston, Ireland to Belfast (through the South-North Pipeline).
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to select an electricity supplier to supply electricity GNI (UK) Limited. Price and contract flexibility will be key determinants in the selection of suppliers. Additional selection criteria will also apply, as noted in Section 5 of ITT.
Invitations are invited from licenced electricity suppliers, for the supply of electricity to GNI (UK) Limited in accordance with the information contained in sections of this document and in accordance with data transferred electronically with the documents
