Tenders are sought for the supply and delivery of a 300mm High Power Semi-Automatic Prober (Lot 1), and a self-contained and standalone Mainframe Platform High Power Parameter Analyzer capable of delivering high current and high voltage output (Lot 2). The Specialty Products and Services Centre at Tyndall fabricate and test a wide range of thin film materials, wide band gap semiconductors, MEMS, composite materials, polymers, and hard coatings. The electrical properties and responses of these materials/devices are of significant importance. Consequently, a multi-function Semi-Automatic 300mm High Power Prober system is required to study the electrical properties of these materials and devices under a range of temperature conditions.
