Rental Agreement for a Turnkey Design and Build, Modular Classroom and Office Space.
ATU are proposing an initial contract of a 5-year rental period, with an option to convert to a direct purchase after year 2, or at the discretion of ATU to have a maximum rental period of up to 10 years.
ATU also reserves the right to purchase the building at the end of the maximum 10-year rental period. This arrangement is subject to change by mutual agreement, depending on funding arrangements.
ATU are using the Accelerated Competitive Procedure with Negotiation
