Following commissioning, the successful tenderer will be required to enter into a comprehensive support and maintenance contract for a period of seven years. Following the expiry of this seven-year period, the Contracting Authority may extend the support contract on an annual basis until the equipment’s obsolescence

As an option that may be availed of solely at the Contracting Authority’s discretion, at any point during the initial seven-year term of this contract, the Contracting Authority may procure additional imaging equipment from the successful tenderer. The imaging equipment in question shall comprise equipment suitable for the fit-out of a general interventional theatre. If such equipment is procured, the successful tenderer shall also be required to support and maintain it until its obsolescence.
