In accordance with Article 55 (1) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on public procurement the NTMA abandoned this tender process as permitted by section 4.7 (f) (Right to Amend or Terminate the Tender Process) of the RFT. Following receipt of tenders the NTMA has concluded that an insufficient number of acceptable responses were received to competitively assess the market for the services in question.
