A national framework for the provision of Legal Services to Universities (including the newly established national Technological Universities) that will cover legal service requirements ranging from routine type services that are transactional in nature, to standard operational type services, and high level strategic advices which may be of sectoral importance. The framework agreement will be divided into 6 lots.
