Amounts payable under this framework will be linked to the volume of services required by the NTMA in respect of the provision of Temporary Agency Workers and Recruitment / Executive Search Services. Therefore, the contract values stated in this notice (not withstanding Section II.1.7 and Sections V.2.4 above) are the NTMA’s best estimate of the value of the framework and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of services that may be required by the NTMA due to the variable demand for these services.
