Units are a mixture of standard 2/3/4 Bed Terraced and Semi-detached houses and Apartments in Multi Unit Developments.
Detailed breakdown of units including regions and type will be provided on RFT Doc.
Detailed Breakdown of technical information to be provided with RFT. Will include:
• No. of Gas Boilers
• No of Oil Boilers
• Locations of potable water storage tanks and pumps (MUDs)
• Locations of Communal Gas Boilers – District Heating
Successful contractor must be able to provide Responsive Repairs Cover during normal working hours, Mon – Fri, in line with the following SLA.
Work Orders will be allocated to the successful contractor and prioritised by the CHI Repairs Call Centre.
• Emergency: Response and first fix rectification within 24hrs.
• Urgent: Complete within 5 working days.
• Routine: Complete within 28 Working Days.
Out of Hours Emergency response will be allocated by CHI’s Out of Hours Call Centre by phone to the contractor.
