A Discovery tool to provide a single search function and open link resolver to search across all electronic and print content procured by the HSE Health Library Ireland (HLI). The Discovery tool and open link resolver will be accessible by authorised users in the Health Service Executive and partner organisations.
The discovery and open link resolver solution MUST provide a simple and advanced search function searching multiple electronic resources. Functions MUST include the ability of users to subscribe to table of content alerts and topic alerts.
