National Institute For Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT), Fosters Avenue, Mount Merrion, Blackrock, Co. Dublin
NIBRT is looking to procure an instrument for multiplexed single cell proteomics of cell therapies with a particular focus on the analysis of cytokine profiles and the prediction of potential immune response for T-cell therapies. The ideal solution requires low sample volumes and makes use of microfluidic technology or similar, to minimise sample requirements, however, without affecting the information content of the data generated. For simplified operation, the ideal solution is one which is accompanied by easy-to-use assay kits, for example ELISA assays, which require minimal manual operations and ideally, offer push button capability based on the ability to perform all aspects of the measurement in a simplified instrument. The ideal solution is one that is accompanied by intuitive software that enables analysis and visualisation of the generated data and rapid extraction of knowledge upon completion of the experiment.
