Description of the procurement

Fáilte Ireland is seeking a service provider that will deliver a ‘tried and tested’ mental health awareness programme to employees of Fáilte Ireland which will have the capacity to provide ongoing supports to employees. The programme delivered will embed a culture of support for employees who may experience mental health issues at varying points throughout their working lives but more importantly will empower employees to take an active role in recognising, supporting and understanding general mental health wellbeing and equip colleagues with the skills to have conversations with others that may be experiencing a mental health issue in the knowledge that they have access to appropriate supports, if required. The programme delivered will promote a culture of positive mental health, generate awareness and support employees to have open conversations through a bank of in-house ‘champions/go-to people’ who will be advocates for the programme and be available to colleagues as support. The focus of the programme will be about creating positive mental health through awareness, positive conversations and support.
