Description of the procurement

The Central Bank is seeking the provision and implementation of a digital forensics and eDiscovery solution (together the “Solution”) inclusive of licensing, support, maintenance and training. The Central Bank is open to Solutions which are cloud-based, hosted on the Central Bank’s servers at its third-party data centre, or a hybrid of the two.
The digital forensics element of the Solution (the “Digital Forensics Solution”) should be self-contained and portable, allowing it to be used either in an on-premises laboratory or at an offsite location such as premises where search warrants are being executed. The eDiscovery element of the Solution (the “eDiscovery Solution”) will be used to process large amounts of material obtained either via production order or via warrant, amounting to multiple hundreds of gigabytes of data in a single case.
The eDiscovery Solution will also be used in tandem with the Digital Forensics Solution to allow data be transferred from the Digital Forensics Unit for review by investigation teams. The overall combinations of software packages proposed for both Digital Forensics and eDiscovery by the Tenderer must work in tandem with each other. Interested parties should note that the Central Bank is not seeking managed services in association with the Solution.
