The group was established by the Government in 2015 as the Technical Research and Modelling (TRAM) group. Chaired by the Department of the Environment, Climate And Communications, CAMG has supported the development of the Climate Action Plan, and its work has informed EU negotiations on climate and energy policy for 2030.
