The Contracting Authority is establishing four separate panels for the provision of international services for the MBA International Study Tour Modules, as more fully described in Section 2 of this document. For the purposes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV), the subject-matter of this panel is defined as ‘Education and Training Services’ (CPV Code 80000000-4), ‘Seminar Organisation Services’ (79951000-5), ‘Event Services’ (CPV 79952000-3) b and ‘Cultural Event Organisation Services’ (CPV 7995100-3), all falling within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU. As a competition for services falling within Annex XIV, this competition is not fully subject to the detailed provisions of the European public procurement regime; notwithstanding this fact, the Contracting Authority will uphold the highest standards of transparency and objectivity in establishing and operating these panels.
