ESB requires professional services to deliver its management and development of ESB major property projects in value from €5m up to €35m CAPEX value (total project value excluding electrical/generation plant) in Ireland. The professional engineering services requirement is divided in to 7 lots:
Lot 1 Architectural Professional Services Lot 2 Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Engineering Professional Services Lot 3 Civil & Structural Engineering Professional Services Lot 4 Quantity Surveying Professional Services Lot 5 Planning Professional Services Lot 6 Fire Engineering Professional Services Lot 7 Disability Access Professional Services. Detailed scope of services and associated requirements will be provided at RFT stage to successful applicants.
