Munster Technological University is seeking tenders from competent service providers for the Supply and Installation of Audio Visual Solutions for Large Meeting Rooms and Seminar Rooms across various MTU Campuses.
MTU HAS 6 CAMPUSES IN TOTAL. WE WANT TO FIT OUT VARIOUS LARGE MEETING ROOMS THAT FALL INTO 2 TYPES:
1) BOARD ROOMS THAT HAVE A REQUIREMENT FOR HYBRID MEETINGS (MEETINGS WHERE SOME PEOPLE ARE PHYSICALLY IN THE ROOM AND OTHERS ARE DIALED IN THROUGH TEAMS/ZOOM/SIMILAR)
2) LARGE SEMINAR TYPE ROOMS LIKE NMCI MAP ROOM (OR SIMILAR)
