Therefore the contract value stated in this notice (notwithstanding Section II.1.7 and Section V.2.4 above) is the NTMA's best estimate of the value of the contract and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of supplies that may be required by the NTMA due to the variable demand for these supplies.
