TII became aware during the tender evaluation period that it is the intention of Sage to withdraw support for Sage 1000 in 2025. Following internal analysis of the future withdrawal of support for Sage 1000, TII has exercised its discretion to cancel the competition.

This procurement was conducted through an open process with TII looking to procure a single suitable contractor to provide the services detailed in the TII296 tender documents.
The initial contract period was to be for 5 years with a further 1 x 5 year contract extension period available solely at the discretion of TII, the supply of services was therefore envisaged to last for up to 10 years with the estimated value of 640k being inclusive of the possible extension period.

TII is not liable for any participant’s costs arising in connection with participating in the competition, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or as in this instance if the competition is cancelled.
- TII has the right at any time and without notice to:
(i) terminate the competition (or part of it);
(ii) change the competition’s basis or procedures;
(iii) procure the contract by other means,
(iv) negotiate with one or more parties at any time;
(v) reject any, or all, of the applications/tenders;
(vi) not furnish a candidate or tenderer with additional information
or to do any combination of the foregoing or anything else deemed appropriate. In no instance will TII be required to give any reason for any alteration or termination of the process.
- If any past or future contracts or other documents are summarised or described in this document, or in other information given to Candidates, the summary or description must not be taken as comprehensive, or as a substitute for reading the contract or other document itself when it becomes available.
TII has decided not to award the contract and has exercised its discretion to terminate the competition.
TII became aware during the tender evaluation period that it is the intention of Sage to withdraw support for Sage 1000 in 2025. Following internal analysis of that future withdrawal of support for Sage 100, TII has exercised its discretion to cancel the competition.
It is not TII’s intention to retender this contract for the implementation of Sage 1000 services. TII are now considering how we will achieve our financial services deliverables going forward. TII may as part of this process seek market consultation in this matter.
- TII has the right at any time and without notice to:
