Tenderers are invited to bid for either lot individually or both; subject to the providers capabilities meeting CIÉ’s mandatory requirements set out in this tender. Section 3 of this tender document will outline the Non-Functional Requirements for both the Pensions Management System and the Pension Payroll System (Lots 1 and Lot 2).
