Additional information

The figure specified in fields II.1.5 and II.2.6 of this notice represents the NDFA’s best estimate of the anticipated total value of the framework, but it is not possible to be definitive in this regard by virtue of the variable demand for the relevant services and the fact that there is no visibility of the successful tenderer(s)’ pricing at this stage. The maximum estimated value of this framework is €5m (excluding VAT). In each case the figure represents an estimate only and does not amount to a guarantee that any services will be contracted pursuant to the framework agreement, and the value of the framework may be significantly lower than either or both estimates (or significantly higher than the estimated figure in fields II.1.5 and II.2.6).
