Short description
A Project Management company is required to assist the Consulate General in managing the project from inception to completion including the management of the design team and the procurement of a building contractor and the delivery of a completed office space along with the management of the costs and program.
The fit-out will require a high quality design solution in line with a modern European Representation that reflects Ireland as a modern society.
The building and fit-out should also reflect a sense of the Mission’s purpose, which is to provide consular services and consular assistance to Irish citizens; promote awareness and visibility of Ireland’s culture, literature, food and drink, and to support the work of the state agencies and Irish businesses.
In addition, the space needs to reflect the purpose of the various State agencies including:
IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia.

Description of the procurement
Due to the relocation of the Consulate General an opportunity has arisen to collocate with three Irish Government State Agencies - to form an Ireland House – including Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland, and the IDA.
An ‘Ireland House’ is a Consulate (or Embassy) that co-locates with other state agencies and presents a uniform and coherent brand for Ireland abroad, building on the Team Ireland concept of shared services and facilities, and collaborative working practices.
The Consulate General intends to fit-out the office floor to meet the needs of all entities in Ireland House.
A Project Management company is required to assist the Consulate General in managing the project from inception to completion including the management of the design team and the procurement of a building contractor and the delivery of a completed office space along with the management of the costs and program.

Working in partnership with Irish enterprises to help them start, grow, innovate and win export sales in global markets and thus support sustainable economic growth, regional development and secure employment.
