While the contract is for the purchase of new equipment, the University will require the successful tenderer to provide a service & maintenance contract for a period of three years from date of commencement. At the University’s discretion and subject to satisfactory performances, agreement of rates and charges, the contract may be extended on an annual basis for two further one year extensions.
