Therefore the contract value stated in this notice (not withstanding Section II.1.7 and V.2.4 above) is the NTMA’s best estimate of the maximum value of the framework and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of services that may be required by the NTMA due to the variable demand for these services.
