Full replacement of heating and plumbing systems in both Redeemer Girls and Boys School as one system including conversion to natural gas and associated works. There are two schools on the campus joined by a GP hall. The building is single storey and fifty years old. The current heating system is oil fired from two boilers. The floor area of the two schools combined is 3848 square metres.
