A managed service function which will consist of a protocol driven, single point of contact, support hub for fleet and equipment management for the National Ambulance Services (NAS).
The fleet comprises of approximately 600 vehicles.
The service provision will be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends & bank holidays with a target commencement date of Mid 2022.
The successful Tenderer will work with the NAS & other 3rd party suppliers (such as, but not limited to, Maintenance Providers) to provide a Fleet & Equipment Management System, to include a Single Platform Fleet Management Software System package to act as an interface with the current multiple fleet data sources. Please refer to Appendix 1 within this Request for Tender (RFT) document for more comprehensive detail with respect to the requirements and specifications.
