The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, advice and assistance in the areas of:
• Maintenance and support of the current hardware and software (details included at Appendix 1, section 3.1 of this RFT).
• Capacity to provide training in aspects of voice and data hardware & software, on- or off-site at the Contracting Authority’s discretion
• Rationalisation of current environment, e.g. reduction of PRAs, utilising new technologies etc.
• Supply of Alcatel-Lucent networking and telecoms devices as required.
• Future needs relating to telephony and data services
