Tender for the Upgrade and Integration of MTU IP Telephony

MTU has two separate Cisco call manager (CUCM) installations, one in its Cork campus, one in its Tralee campus. MTU is looking for proposals to merge these two CUCM systems into one, upgrading the software to a common version and upgrading any obsolete hardware.
The University has reviewed its requirements. Along with the original RFT, MTU is requesting proposals for an additional Alternative Solution/Option using Microsoft Teams as the primary Telephony solution.
Please find attached the supporting documentation for this additional Alternative Solution / Option. Interested vendor must complete, return and submit the Alternative Solution / Option documentation (titled Teams Addendum.docx & Appendix 2 Alternative Option.xlsx).
